If you're interested in becoming a Bobbi Brown Pro member and you still have a few unanswered questions, here are answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

To become a member of Bobbi Brown Pro, fill out application online, print application and send back the completed form, photo ID, and makeup artist credentials to: Bobbi Brown Pro 575 Broadway 4th Floor, NY NY 10012. Yes the membership is free. This is subject to change.

You can use your Bobbi Brown Pro discount on bobbibrown.com, available only to U.S. customers.  The discount is not valid at free standing stores or retail stores. The discount applies to all products on the website except for eGift cards.

Currently, Bobbi Brown Pro membership is only available to customers of the U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories.

At the moment, we do not offer formal trainings nationwide, but as a Bobbi Brown Pro member you will be the first to know when we do!

No, being a Bobbi Brown Pro member does not qualify you for a position to work at a Bobbi Brown counter. For information about job opportunities, please visit the employment section of the website click here.

Please allow 4-8 weeks for your membership to be processed. If your membership is declined, we will promptly send you an email with an explanation.

Please log in and go to the MY ACCOUNT section. You can change your address, contact information and email. If you are having difficulty changing your information please email: bobbibrownservice@bobbibrown.com

Bobbi Brown Pro members cannot redeem additional offers with their current 40% discount.

Pro Members receive a 40% discount on all products (except eGift Cards) on bobbibrown.com.

As a Pro member you are limited to $500 (post discount) per order. No more than six (6) units of the same item may be purchased per order. Additionally, Pro Members have a maximum purchase policy of $10,000 per calendar year (post discount).

Please be sure to use the same email address that you provided in the Pro Member application form to register and checkout on www.bobbibrown.com.

If you supplied the same email address that gives you access to your current bobbibrown.com account on the Pro membership application you will automatically see your 40% discount at checkout once you sign in.

If you supplied a different email on the Pro application form, please create a new account on bobbibrown.com using that email address.

Bobbi Brown Pro Member’s shipping address must match their billing address to successfully checkout with the Pro discount. This is to guard against fraudulent purchases.

You can find your membership expiry date by logging on to your account on bobbibrown.com and checking the Pro Member section on the My Account page.

You can find your Pro Member ID by logging on to your account on bobbibrown.com and checking the Pro Member section on the My Account page. If you have a problem with your order, you may need to provide this number to a Customer Service agent to verify that you are a Pro member. 

Pro Membership is valid for two years.
